How do I return an item?

Return/ Exchange Policy

We aim to please our customers. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied and wish to return your goods, please contact our customer service department to receive authorization prior to returning your purchase.

We will accept your return with pre-approval. Sorry, no exceptions are made. You must return goods in their original condition with an unopened safety seal intact. These are regulatory requirements. Authorized returns are only accepted after 60 calendar days from purchase date on receipt. We will gladly replace or issue a store credit to be used within 60 days upon Bella Botanica's authorization of Return. If the product has not been postmarked within 60 days of request, the opportunity for refund is voided. A receipt is required for purchases made by cash or check.

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and adequate re-packaging of order. We cannot accept returns that have been damaged from packaging by the customer. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking and handling fee, except for item that are being exchanged, wrongly shipped or damaged. All issues will be remedied via standard ground delivery. Charges will be waived if Bella Botanica has incorrectly filled your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

We strive to make sure that every package is put together with the utmost care. If for some reason there has been damage to your order or the wrong item was shipped please contact customer service immediately. Return goods in their original or damaged condition along with packaging. Damaged packaging is helpful for shipping service claims.

All issues will be remedied via standard ground delivery. A receipt is required for purchases made by cash or check. If you received an item that you did not order but received from us you will qualify for a store credit or a cash refund.

Special & International Orders

All sales are final on special, custom, bulk, and international orders. Sizes 8oz or larger are not general inventory stock, so we apologize that we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges.

Class Refunds

We require a non-refundable/ non- transferable deposit for all class registrations. Full tuition is non-refundable/ non- transferable two months prior to the events first day. Please contact the office for questions regarding class refunds.

We do not accept returns that were not purchased from this website. Bella Botanica reserves the right to final approval on all returns and exchanges.
